Green Room Burgers & Beer is now open in Westport
The Green Room Burgers & Beer (4010 Pennsylvania, Suite D) has been open for 312 hours, and owner Michael Ptacek has been in his new restaurant for 221 of those hours. But even with 17-hour days to start, he’s still excited that people will have the chance to try his “blue collar” burger bar.
“I think Westport needed a place where you could get a good deal on a burger. The idea is, you’re going to get a really great burger and beer at a price that is right in the middle for a regular guy,” Ptacek says.
