The days of the beer dinner, where the food is just an afterthought, are long over. Case in point: Beer Kitchen’s first beer dinner of the year, featuring brews from the Grand Teton Brewing Co. The five-course meal at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, starts with pan-fried sweetbreads and the Idaho brewer’s Pursuit of Hoppiness Imperial Red Ale, and finishes with a chai-infused panna cotta and Wake Up Call Imperial Coffee Porter.
