Getting in the gluten-free holiday spirit

Just like Thanksgiving, but flourless

Sherree Ross, a local certified holistic health coach, likes to invite friends to her home for the holidays but prefers not to make separate meals for her friends with dietary restrictions.

“Last year, I had friends with allergies to gluten, onion, mushrooms and nuts at my table,” she says. “And I made dishes we could all share. I’ve learned to be pretty creative.”
