Food pictures on menus might be worth a revisit

It’s safe to assume that if you’re eating somewhere where there are pictures of the dishes on the menu, odds are you’re not in store for some fine dining. In fact, food pictures can be a great warning, like the colors black and yellow in nature, that the eggplant parmesan is indeed dangerous.

But in today’s world of food bloggers, food-photo searches like foodspotting, and chefs using social media, maybe it’s time that food pictures became standard on menus.
