Any old guy can get a sandwich named after him. But you know you’ve made it when you’ve got a beer on tap with your name. The Topeka Capital-Journal reports that Gov.-elect Sam Brownback has a new brew bearing his moniker at the Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant in Topeka.
Brownback Wheat is a dark wheat, brown in color (get it?) and a little heavier than a standard wheat. And that got us thinking at Fat City: What if other politicians could vie for a place in your mug? So here are the top five candidates. Boulevard, 75th Street and McCoy’s, please feel free to steal any or all of these ideas.
