Eric Price, magician shot at Waldo pizza, still recovering; benefit planned for 2011

Phil Bourne, the owner of the Waldo Pizza restaurants, tells Fat City that magician Eric Z. Price — the young man who was shot in the head last week in the restaurant’s parking lot — is still hospitalized, but out of intensive care and “recovering well.”

“There’s no brain damage, at least none detected so far,” says Bourne.

Bourne is looking for magicians who will work Eric’s shifts at the restaurant for tips only, so he can continue paying Eric for the nights he had been scheduled to work.
