Chuck Kreimendahl and Jon Niederbremer. Neither of these local gentleman has any serious connection to the restaurant business, but they both like to cook. Since last September, the two friends have been preparing a special meal on the second Wednesday of every month at Boozefish Wine Bar at 1511 Westport Road.
