Dog Nuvo learns it’s a dog-eat-dog-domain world

The battle between Independence lawyer and restaurateur Ken McClain and his former employees — upscale hot dog vendors Marshall Roth and Harry Blasco of Dog Nuvo — took an ugly turn earlier today when a restraining order filed by McClain forced Dog Nuvo to close, at least temporarily.

Tempers reached a new boiling point this afternoon when Roth and Blasco discovered that McClain had purchased the domain name for DogNuvo.com and several other variations on that name.
