Dog Nuvo debuts food truck this weekend
It was inevitable that chef Marshall Roth — who has been serving upscale weiners since opening Dog Nuvo, at 1724 Main, 11 months ago — would be interested in the food-truck phenomenon. What better sandwich for a mobile restaurant than hot dogs, right? This weekend, Roth and his business partner, Harry Blasco, roll out the Dog Nuvo truck: “It’s serving everything from the menu at the restaurant,” Roth says. “It’s a mobile Dog Nuvo.”
First stop: Saturday’s Food Now fundraiser on the 12th Street bridge.
