Dear cookie bakers, please take a cue from Latteland
Latteland has always served cookies that issue an unspoken challenge: Can you consume a dessert that is the size of half of your face? But the chocolate-chunk cookies at the downtown location (1201 Main) incorporate a solution that I think is worthy of widespread adoption. A cross-shaped depression in the center of the cookie means that four perfectly equal pieces are just two breaks away.
