Costa Vida coming to Lee’s Summit

Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill is coming to Lee’s Summit in November. The new fast casual Mexican restaurant will be at 115 S. Missouri 291, next to an Orange Leaf frozen yogurt shop and Ace Hardware store.

Friends out West tell me that you can expect something between Baja Fresh and Chipotle with a focus on tacos, burritos, quesadillas and salads.
