Classic Rock Coffee House is now open in the River Market
David Anderson shuttles back and forth between the glass room that houses a bakery and the coffee bar, checking on cinnamon rolls and a few regulars whom he stops to acknowledge by their first names.
The co-owner of the Opera House — his partner is Kyle Getz — is just under two weeks into the first phase of the plans to bring an upscale food court into the space that previously housed the River Market Brewing Company. He has opened Classic Rock Coffee, the first of three food-related concepts at 500 Walnut.
