Chef Marshall Roth, Part Three: Dog Nuvo’s new hot-dog truck

Dog Nuvo (1724 Main) is about to get moving. Chef Marshall Roth told Fat City that the gourmet hot-dog spot has purchased and is renovating a snap truck to join the exploding food-truck scene in Kansas City.

“I just want to drive around in my Gucci sunglasses all summer,” Roth says.

On Friday, Roth explained how he got started in the kitchen, and yesterday, he talked about how to doctor a package of ramen noodles. Today, he’ll talk about what to expect from the food truck that he and partner Harry Blasco hope to have running by next month.
