  • Marshall Roth will be marking his territory in a new town: Wichita.

Marshall Roth, who recently opened the Hollywood Casino‘s upscale Final Cut Steakhouse as that restaurant’s executive chef, is taking a new gamble. The former hot-dog mogul (he owned and operated the Dog Nuvo hot doggery in the Crossroads until last autumn) has given notice to the casino — Sunday is his last day — and is moving to Wichita to take over the corporate kitchen at Hawker Beechcraft; the food service at the factory is run by Kansas City-based TreatAmerica.
