Chef Marc Forgione has high praise for Celina Tio’s technique

It turns out the judges on The Next Iron Chef aren’t the only ones impressed by the cooking ability of chef Celina Tio.

Slashfood interviewed chef Marc Forgione at his restaurant in New York City and asked about his toughest competition on the reality cooking show. He coyly suggested he was working to best nine “amazing” chefs (there were 10 total at the start of the third season) and he had nothing but praise for chef Tio.
