Chef looking for long-lost recipe collection

One of the most popular restaurants in the Kansas City metro during the Reagan administration was the Prospect of Westport, a stylish bistro in the heart of what was then Kansas City’s only true entertainment district.

This week, veteran local chef Richard McPeake e-mailed me with a request for a long-forgotten recipe collection with roots at the Prospect.
