Charles d’Ablaing, Part 3: What it’s like to be at the Webster House chef’s table

Webster House (1644 Wyandotte) has a unique nightly special, a four-seat chef’s table that is a marble counter overlooking the kitchen. As to what’s on the menu, well that depends on what you’re in the mood for and what’s in the walk-in cooler. Chef Charles d’Ablaing talked about what diners can expect from the table that is theirs for the night and runs $30 per person.
On Wednesday, chef d’Ablaing talked about the culinary road he traveled to get to Kansas City (Part One), and yesterday (Part Two) he announced that brunch is coming to Webster House.
