Cellar Rat teaches you to love hot dogs and wine tonight

It turns out the best thing to wash down a Chicago-style hot dog might not be a cold beer. What you actually want could be a glass of wine from California.

Cellar Rat is going to help you figure it out with an artisan hot dog or sausage and accompanying wine tasting tonight from 5:30 to 7:30. You’ll be able to taste four wines paired to the dog of your choosing from the Perk-Up Cafe hot dog cart. You can then finish your hot dog with a glass of your favorite wine from Peirano Estate.

The tasting is $15 per person ($10 for wine club members); an RSVP to 816-221-9463 is required.
