Chef Celina Tio can’t stop trying her hand at new recipes. Her latest just happens to be a beer. The owner of Julian (6227 Brookside Plaza) and the recently opened Collection (which Charles Ferruzza reviewed in this week’s Pitch), is tapping Julian NBB Love, the second sour beer that she personally blended at the New Belgium Brewery, Tuesday night.

The beer will be tapped at 5:30 p.m. when the restaurant opens, but Tio recommends getting there early. Last year, the line started at 5 p.m., and the Brookside restaurant was sold out by 7 p.m. A tulip glass is $8, and the accompanying pig roast (you can come for the beer and pig or just one or the other) is $35.
