Celina Tio is cooking a five-course beer dinner at Beer Kitchen tonight
It’s possible that no chef in the city loves beer as much as Julian’s Celina Tio. And she’ll prove it with a five-course beer dinner at Beer Kitchen (435 Westport Road) tonight. She’s pairing Boulevard Harvest Dance with trout amandine, wild-rice cakes and bacon-mustard greens; Stillwater Beer Table with a salad of baby wild arugula, grapefruit, olio verde, celery root and Brazil nuts; and Emelisse Russian Imperial Stout with lamb shepherd’s pie. Then she ends the meal with New Belgium Trippel and an orange-almond cake, orange caramel, whipped vanilla bean and mascarpone.
