Celebrate Sunday’s Daylight Savings Time change with extra sleep…or breakfast

I‘d like to be more excited about the possibility of an extra hour’s sleep when Daylight Savings Time officially ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 7. But since my body has adjusted to the time change, I won’t be sleepy…I’ll be hungry.

So if you can’t roll over and enjoy that extra hour for sleep, why not use those extra 60 seconds you’ll be getting each morning next week for a nice hot breakfast? That’s right, instead of guzzling a thermos cup of coffee on your way into work, stop for a leisurely breakfast on the way into the office.
