Can you smell what Tomfooleries is cooking?

When not talking smack, WWE star Matt Hardy is apparently attempting to make a go of it as a restaurant critic.

In a video posted to YouTube yesterday (spotted by the Plog’s Justin Kendall), Hardy and fellow wrestler R-Truth sit down for drinks and food at “Tomfooleries … out near the airport … in Kansas City.”

“Oh yeah, a little glazed Thai Chicken. Got a little salad with a

little Ranch on the side. Right over here, we got … uh … oh this

is … uh … our appetizer that is gone. We destroyed it already. Past

that, Truth has a little turkey club going on, chicken club going on,”

Hardy says as the camera sweeps across the plates in the opening moments.

In just under three minutes at the Zona Rona restaurant, Hardy manages to work in references to Johnny Cash, Ecuador and a mime being electrocuted. It feels like the kind of vacation video any of us might shoot after a few beers and while still suffering from jet lag. But he finishes strong, again making sure to give the exact location of Tomfooleries

“It’s open late and it has really, really good food. So, I recommend it … Tomfooleries out by the airport in Kansas City.”
