Cafe Up Close: 715 in Lawrence (slideshow)

For this week’s review in The Pitch, Charles Ferruzza went to Lawrence to sample chef Michael Beard’s cuisine at 715. Sunday brunch is a varied menu with buttermilk waffles and smoked trout Benedict, while pizzas come with house cured dry salami and the ravioli is bursting with carmelized onions and rosemary.
