BRGR to beef up with new location in the Power & Light District

Local burgers are returning to the Plaza.

Bread & Butter Concepts is looking to beef up its original brand by opening a second BRGR Kitchen + Bar in the Power & Light District this summer. The new burger shop will be in the former Fran’s Classic Diner, at 11 E. 14th St.

“Power & Light is an excellent opportunity for our next expansion,” said Bread & Butter Concepts owner Alan Gaylin in a release. “We’ve been waiting for the right place to expand into, and this is it. The scene is right, the space is right, and we’re excited to get to work.”
