BRGR owners have new concept, Urban Table, for Corinth Square

The team behind BRGR Kitchen + Bar is busy working on a second concept for the Corinth Square shopping center in Prairie Village.

Michelle Renner of The Kansas City Business Journal reports that the newly named Bread & Butter Concepts LLC (formerly TEXAS Restaurants LLC) will be opening Urban Table in July. The new restaurant at 4000 W. 83rd St. (adjacent to the Salty Iguana) will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and feature a wine bar with an “urban market feel.”
