My grandmother has been saying this for years but finally scientists are also acknowledging there aren’t many things that excite the brain as much as chocolate. (At least legal things.) Just how much pleasure (or lack of it) we get from foods may help explain obesity levels. (NPR)
What’s surprising about this short article on drunk pilots is not that a pilot was recently hauled from a flight for being over the alcohol limit but that the limit is above zero. God as a co-pilot is OK but Jack Daniels is not. If my pilot is blowing anything above 0.000 then that’s a problem. (Economist)
Looks like the cranberry has new competition and, like ABBA, it’s from Norway. (ABBA is from around Norway right?) Its name is the lingonberry and while it’s been available for some time in berry form, a maker just figured out how to extract its juices. Hello new Snapple flavor!
