KC Masterpiece has been on a deathbed before and lived, so now that it’s down to just one restaurant and near obscurity, it’s only fitting that there are plans to revive it once again. (KC Business Journal)

The lede on this story is “canning isn’t just for grandmothers anymore.” Really? Grandmothers are the largest canning demographic? I would have guessed farmers or Amish people. In any event, canning is now cool. (Time)

It’s happened to all of us before. We’re at a restaurant and they either bring someone in our party the wrong entree. The way the restaurant handles the situation speaks volumes. (NYT)
