When it comes to molasses, Kansas Citians are used to having some in their barbecue sauce. Well, now it might be going into your pint glass. The Boulevard Brewing Company’s Nommo Dubbel, the latest release in the Smokestack Series, is on shelves.

The fall seasonal from Boulevard is a Belgian-style ale. It replaces the Seeyoulator Doppelbock in the local brewer’s lineup. The tasting notes suggest that the Nommo Dubbel can be enjoyed with “a variety of meats and game, as well as aged and aromatic cheeses.”
