Life is really only about three things: beer, bourbon and barbecue. All three will be in high demand at Bluestem’s summer barbecue on Roanoke, from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Enjoy chef Colby Garrelts’ barbecue (as well as fried chicken and a shrimp boil), chef Megan Garrelts’ all-American desserts, Four Roses bourbon, and Boulevard beer (including the all-new Hoppy Wheat).
