Beers for Bikes at Boulevard tomorrow

The Beer for Bikes fundraiser — a happy hour organized by Young Variety of Greater Kansas City — is tomorrow from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Boulevard Brewery (2501 Southwest Boulevard).

The “Kids on the Move” campaign raises money to purchase therapeutic bicycles for area children with physical disabilities

and standard bicycles for children without means. The fundraiser is all-you-can-drink — straight from the Boulevard taps

— for a $30 donation at the door. You can purchase tickets online ahead of time for $25 (and because the event will likely sell out, that’s your best bet).
