Downtown is getting a neighborhood bar. Bar Louie (101 E. 14th St.), the franchise based out of Glenview, Illinois, that brands itself as a neighborhood restaurant bar, opens the doors tomorrow at 11 a.m. And the grand opening won’t technically end until Friday when it closes at 3 a.m.
