Adam Clay is still top dog in North Kansas City

We received a phone call a week or so ago informing us that Hot Dog Haven, the little hot dog bistro located in an old Chevy dealership building on Armour Road in North Kansas City, was no more. That was doggone sad news. The proprietor, former hotel chef Adam Clay, really knew how to create a near-perfect Chicago dog.
But there’s good news: Adam Clay may have left the building, but he’s still in the parking lot.
