Bread KC’s anniversary and other weekend possibilities

When Bread KC wants to celebrate, it really celebrates. The local group, which raises funds for the arts with innovative dinners, is celebrating its second anniversary at the Local Pig (2618 Guinotte Avenue) at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The Local Pig will be roasting a whole hog, and Boulevard beer will be served. The entrance fee is $15, and proceeds from the event go to one of the three artists slated to present at the anniversary celebration. The attendees are the ones who vote.
