Who has the best burrito in Kansas City?

Burritos are a way to send a clear message to your stomach – ‘You’re about to get full’ or ‘something spicy this way comes.’ And they seem to be served in only three sizes: gut-stretching, gut-busting and food challenge. At one end of the spectrum is the plethora of shops that will gladly give you a combination of meat, beans and rice. At the other is single or dual ingredients, the chicken in red sauce burrito at Pancho’s comes to mind. Still, as one fellow Pitch writer put it, “Burritos are what I want every day.”
