The Philly Taco is eaten in daylight for the first time

The Philly Taco is not something I would mention in polite company. And until this post, I doubt my mother knows the term, let alone that I had eaten one with gusto.

But thanks to NPR, the Philly Taco is seeing the light of day. And now we all must talk about the hidden reason that Philadelphia is a perennial contender for America’s fattest city.
