Where is it?

This big bird may be flying toward Kansas City, but it isn’t actually in Kansas City. But it is in the parking lot of a restaurant. Well, not everyone would call it a restaurant, but food is served there, very quickly. And the restaurant is in a very little town outside of Kansas City. Hint: It’s just off I-29.
