Today, investigators begin trying to figure out what caused the Hereford House Fire but KC Biz Journal is already estimating the loss to be greater than $1 million and Fat City’s own Charles Ferruzza has learned that the building is structurally a “total loss.” (KC Biz Journal)

I drink too much caffeine or, rather, too much coffee. I typed the first two lines of this post before my first sip this morning and they looked something like “sjfsdpwqlastnightidreamedimarriedloudiamondphillipsdfkkfk.” But now I don’t even have to wait until I’m out of the shower to get my first fix of the caffeine.
