The Kansas City office of Maryland-based Aerotek Staffing is “partnering with a food science company in the Kansas City area seeking qualified candidates for a Bakery/Cake Scientist.”

No, this isn’t a position for someone who can easily whip up a fantastic devil’s-food layer cake with silky fudge frosting. In fact, the job duties sound more like something for Dr. Frankenstein than Betty Crocker.
