Drinkers have tales of phenomenal drinks that have never been re-created. Drinks that will make your hangover go away. Drinks that will give you the strength of 10 men (or at least the courage of a different, bigger man).

But these are bar stories, told to amuse or with a bit of wistfulness. I would have put the beer popsicle in this category. The Hopsicle made a stir in 2007, but the buzz was gone after that summer. However, a new suds-inspired creation — the Hopsicle Experience — is making the rounds. And this time, there’s instructions.
