Pretzel M&Ms are simply genius

Despite an endless array of brand extensions and flavor additions, the candy aisle hasn’t provided a serious new contender for gut-busting, office-sneaking pleasure since the Milky Way Midnight (itself just a reboot of the Milky Way Dark) in 2000.
Consider the drought over. Pretzel M&Ms are so good, I thought about building a fan site for the first time ever.
Mars had effectively destroyed my expectations with a discordant mix of new M&Ms the past several years. (Remember the sandwich-in-a-candy-shell issue with Strawberried Peanut Butter M&Ms?)
But the person behind Pretzel M&Ms deserves a spot next to the folks who first thought to put peanuts inside the candy. Salty and sweet meet harmoniously, because M&Ms have been adapted to properly meld with a tiny pretzel nugget.
