No longer icing bros? What about icing beers?

It’s common among beer drinkers to accept that the crappier the beer, the closer it is to drinking water. That said, the idea of actually introducing water — in ice-cube form — into a glass of beer is a foreign concept.

It’s from Vietnam, to be exact, according to Mike Sula of The Chicago Reader. He makes the case for how some domestic light beers can be improved with a few chunks of ice in a glass.
