Five unconventional foods that you might want to start grilling

I’d sooner ask a man where he bought his shoes before telling him what to grill. I usually avoid commenting on anyone’s grilling technique unless something is on fire that shouldn’t be or my hamburger seems as likely to bleat as bleed.

But it’s also easy to get stuck in a rut when it comes to grilling, relying on an electric timer and the same cuts of meat to eliminate some of the guesswork that comes with cooking with charcoal or on your deck after sunset. As such, I’ll make an exception to my standard rule with today’s post and offer five unconventional foods that you might want to think about grilling.
