Celebrate the Super Bowl in a weekend of excess

The Chiefs won’t make it to the Super Bowl until at last 2012, but that doesn’t mean your football-watching career is over. If you feel the urge to compete, the Brooksider (6330 Brooksider Plaza) is holding its second annual Bellybuster Challenge on Super Bowl Sunday. You’ve got 17 minutes to down a burger with six 1/4-pound patties with cheese, a pound of fries and a 32-ounce milkshake. The top three finishers win a cash prize. The rest get a T-shirt for contributing the entry fee of $25. Have fun; just try not to injure yourself.
