Hanna, McClure and d’Ablaing to battle in “Food Fight” on March 28

Not all food fights are created equally. The school lunchroom tossing of square pizzas can’t hold a candle to the second annual “Food Fight” benefit for the Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired.

Chefs Howard Hanna (The Rieger Hotel Grill & Exchange), Charles d’Ablaing (Webster House) and John McClure (Starker’s Restaurant) will take the stage on Monday, March 28, at Liberty Memorial’s J.C. Nichols Auditorium (100 W. 26th St.) to battle in an Iron Chef-styled competition. The chefs get a secret ingredient and have one hour to prepare a slate of dishes for the judges.
