I know it’s wrong, but visiting an aquarium is like walking by a life-sized lobster tank. When you’re done learning about ecosystems, you’ll probably find yourself craving a fish sandwich.

The Kansas City Business Journal reports that the Merlin Entertainments Group is planning to build a $15 million aquarium that will open at Crown Center in 2012. While they may have fish on the menu if there’s an attached dining area (they do at a Merlin’s property in Carlsbad, California), Fat City doesn’t want you to go home hungry. As such, here are five seafood dishes to enjoy both before and after the aquarium opens.
