If you’ve ever looked over at a tailgate spread and wished that it were your own, you probably were seeing the handiwork of Brian Aaron. The chef at Tannin Wine Bar and Kitchen has been a mainstay at Chiefs and Royals games since he got back to Kansas City in 2009. And when he gets behind a grill in the parking lot, he’s not messing around.
