Could McDonald’s be your new office away from home?

With coffee shops deciding to limit time or outlet space in order to keep couch seats from getting too warmed by camped-out coffee sippers, some people are needing to look for a different office away from home. Add in rising coffee prices, and an hour or two at a java hut could come with a steep price tag.

The $1 menu might just make McDonald’s the cheapest Internet cafe in the city (find a location here). Would you ever treat the Golden Arches — or some other fast-food joint with free Wi-Fi access — as your office away from home?
