Taco Factory to open second location near UMKC

A taco is definitely portable. Restaurateur Mike Flaherty of Taco Factory is hoping the same is true for his franchise.

Joyce Smith reports in The Kansas City Star that Taco Factory will be opening a second location in the former Larry’s Giant Subs space at 5050 Oak. Larry’s Giant Subs is moving to Stanley Square (7968 W. 151st St.) in Overland Park and will open in May.
