Five scoops in town to help you celebrate National Ice Cream Month
Not all presidential edicts are equal. In 1984, President Ronald Reagan declared that July was National Ice Cream Month and that the third Sunday in July would be National Ice Cream day. And lo, the children had hot fudge and whipped cream. And it was deemed good.
