Glace is now open at One Nineteen in Leawood

Glace Artisan Ice Cream opened in Leawood Friday night at the One Nineteen shopping center (4535 W. 119th St.).

“We had lots of customers from Leawood driving to our shop on Main,” owner and chocolatier Christopher Elbow says, “but a lot of people don’t want to drive 30 minutes for ice cream.”

So he brought the shop to them. Glace took over the former Mochi-Yo space with a white and cool-blue color scheme replacing the bright pinks and greens of the frozen yogurt shop.
